About us

David Brown has over 37 years experience in all areas products and services connected with residential property and has bought and sold over 75 businesses throughout his career. David has been a Managing Director and CEO of several property businesses since 2001 as well as being Commercial Director of LSL Property Services Plc from 2007 to 2016 in addition he also led all of their acquisitions activity. His experiences covers running both Business to Business and Business to Consumer businesses’, he has cold started new businesses, grown and developed existing businesses and has significant experience in strategy, change management, key account management, building and developing teams and all areas of business execution.

David started at the bottom of the ladder as a Trainee Sales Negotiator at Mann & Co Kingston in 1984 and finished his employed career towards the top of the ladder as CEO of Marsh & Parsons, the 28 office London Estate Agency, winning The Times and The Sunday Times Best Estate Agent in the UK during his stewardship.
